Services that process information
Compalley uses service providers including Mailchimp for audience records and consented email journeys, Resend for transactional email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics where analytics consent is given, and OpenAI Sites for website hosting and operation.
Legal reasons for processing
Information is processed where it is necessary to answer your request, provide a service or take steps toward a contract; where Compalley has a legitimate operational or security interest; or where you have given consent, including optional marketing and analytics consent.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, to maintain an appropriate business record or to meet legal obligations. It is not sold. It is shared only with providers needed to operate the relevant service or where disclosure is legally required.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain uses of your information. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Marketing emails also contain an unsubscribe link.
