Two routes to become a PRINCE2 Project Manager
Both routes end with the official PeopleCert examination, the official materials and Take2 re-sit exam. The difference is whether you work through it alone or work through it with me.
Learning faster with one-to-one lessons
Most PRINCE2 training courses put you in a classroom. You get a share of the trainer and work at the pace of whoever is in the class, using a case study based on somebody else's project.

1 hour, live, just the two of us. We work through the syllabus against your own project rather than a written case study. You bring the questions the material raised since the last session, and we work through them to help you progress.
Foundation is usually covered in five to seven sessions, Practitioner in six to eight. The pace is yours. Sessions are booked around your work, not against a fixed classroom timetable.
Yes. The official examination voucher, the official ebook and Learner Resource Kit, and Take2 re-sit exam are all included, the same as Exam Essentials.
Partly. The four mock exams on this page are free, and they will tell you exactly where you stand. What you cannot get free is the official ebook, the Learner Resource Kit and the exam itself, because those come from PeopleCert and every accredited organisation buys them at the same source. Anyone offering the official materials free is not supplying official materials.
Foundation is 60 questions in 60 minutes, closed book, with 60% required to pass. It is a memory test and most people manage it with focused study.
Practitioner is the one that catches people out. It is open book, which sounds easier and is not. There are 56 questions in 150 minutes against a scenario, and the failure is almost never that someone did not know PRINCE2. It is that they could not find the right guidance and justify the answer against the clock. That is a skill you have to practise, not a topic you can read.

Yes.
If you are already doing project work and applying for posts where the advert says PRINCE2, then this is a big yes. I've passed and failed enough people on CV sifts to know that it is what gets you the interview. Without it, you will not get through the first pass.
If you want to work in UK government or in banking, most roles require PRINCE2. You have to prove you can manage projects in a controlled environment, and this is how you prove it.
The calibre of jobs available increases significantly once you can demonstrate that experience as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. It is the first step, and it is a big one. It puts you in front of the jobs you are capable of doing, with the evidence to show you can do them.
The official exam and materials from PeopleCert are £543 for Foundation and £604 for Practitioner. Everything above that is what you are paying for teaching, support and protection.
